Gorgeously Chic Commercial Shoot | Central Texas Photographer

Last week I was contacted by Jennifer, the very sweet owner of Gorgeously Chic, who asked me to do a commercial session for her.  After checking out her items on her website and her Facebook Page I was super excited to do this session!  Her bows and hats are exactly what her company name is "Gorgeously Chic"!

Bellies, Babies, & Toddlers Oh My!

February has been a fun month!  I've had a few sessions with some great people, and here are a few pics from their sessions.

The "B" couple (soon to be family of 3) were so much fun to shoot!  They are so adorable together, and every time I look at their pictures I just go "awwwww".  I can't wait for their little girl to be born!

Next was a newborn session...oh how I just adore newborns, and this little cutie with her birthmark on her little tushie was just too sweet for words!

Then along came little Mr. A....oh this 15 month old sweetie was sooo adorable & so much fun!

I'm looking forward to more maternity and newborn sessions next month, as well as some commercial work!  I do still have some dates available, so feel free to contact me to schedule your session!

My husband's passion is his motorcycle. Since it's so cold out right now, and his bike is covered up, I grabbed the next best thing I could find...his helmet, gloves, and they key to his baby.

No flash used, only light from the window. Camera settings were iso 400 f/1.8 1/8ss

For those of you following along, yes I skipped a bunch of days.  I started this project a week late, and I'm playing catch up.  I'll be doing day 3 later on today, but when I received this assignment last night I knew exactly what I was going to do and figured I might as well get this out of the way while the kids were at school.

This is generally the look I get any time I want to get pictures of either of my kids. She just had a birthday, and since I had my studio set up from a session from yesterday I figured I would try and get her birthday pictures done. Instead I get this!

A special gift

The beautiful Mrs. S decided to step outside her comfort zone and have some boudoir shots taken for her husband for Valentines day.  She took advantage of my "Sweet & Sexy" package, and although was very nervous at first warmed up to the camera and we got some amazingly beautiful pictures for the love of her life.

This is just a sneak peak, as the rest are for his eyes only! :)

Joy of Love ~ Day 1

Day 1 ~ What They Do

The directions for Day 1 was to capture someone or something you love doing what they do.  Skylar has been working very hard this year on learning how to read and I wanted to document that for Day one of the Joy of Love Project.  I'm so proud of the progress she has made so far!

Because I found this amazing project just yesterday, I have a few days of catch up to do, but I'm hoping to double up in the next few days and be on track.  Tomorrow's assignment is Passion & Hobbies, plus I'm going to do Day 2 which was How They Look.

Maternity Session!

This beautiful mommy was an absolute joy to photograph!  

We had so much fun capturing this special time for her!

 

Now I can't wait to get my lens on that baby!!!  It should be any day now!!!
